  Big thanks to Jessica the shop foreman and the whole service department. Had a very pleasnt experience with them. This place should be an example of how a dealership should work.

  I guess since TLG has taken over ownership the service here has gotten much better. I checked in Monday morning at about 8am with an after treatment sensor issue and that diagnosed it and had it repaired in about 4 hours. Very good for a dealership. Friendly at service check in also is a plus. Thank you Rose.

  On 2/23/26, I called the dealership and selected sales on the menu. No one answered so I drove there from Jacksonville to purchase a 589 daycare. Upon my arrival I was told all salesmen were at lunch and not available. I received a card for salesman Gary Sammons and called him. He answered the phone, I began introducing myself, then he hung up, no call back. I didn't think any dealership could be worse than Performance Pete, but I was wrong. TLG is worse.

  Avoid avoid avoid... came in with derate codes. They supposedly fixed it but five miles down the road all the same codes came right back. Trash! Plus they had other drivers there that say they had been there for days in the motel.

  Not sure what’s worse, mechanical service or customer service. One shop did more damage than what they fixed and Kerry Reid who is supposed to be the one who handles issues like this has completely blown me off and is constantly “in a meeting”. From my experience the entire family of dealerships is trash and I highly recommend never going to any of them. Apparently they are in the middle of being bought out so I guess they don’t want the new owners to see what they are getting in to which is just another example of terrible business practices and ethics.
