  I didn't have to leave my home as they came to me. Zero effort on my part. Dean, my technician, was excellent. He explained the entire process so I understood what was going to happen. Thank you Dean!!

  Our service was easy and stress-free from start to finish. Our technician, Aaron, was excellent. He communicated clearly throughout the process and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Hopefully I won’t need another windshield replacement, but if I do, I have peace of mind knowing it will be handled promptly and without any hassle.

  I tried to use Safelite because they were a large company that has been in business for a long time. I was getting a replacement windshield for my 2013 Volvo C30. They came out on time for the appt and the technician pointed out that the seal on 1 side of the new windshield was not applied straight and there was a warp on on one corner of the new windshield. He pointed this out before he did any work on the car, I appreciated that attention to detail. I told them no because obviously, the windshield was defective. I was told they would get another windshield and contact me to reschedule. That was good. However, when they rescheduled, on the day of the appt., the tech called me to tell me it was the same windshield and his boss said it was fine and they could just cut off the bad seal and put on a new one. I declined the same windshield again, why would I take a defective windshield this time? I was told someone would reach out to discuss. Instead, I just received a refund out of the blue. No call or message from anyone. Very disappointed to say the least. Basically, they were telling me, take a defective windshield or we do not want your business. This was the first and last time I will try to use them.

  Service and repairs were great. Technician came in the time frame given. He communicated efficiently, was courteous and very informative with aftercare instructions. I had a wonderful experience. Would recommend Safelite 100%.

  Most cars older than 10 years can’t get done, parts department says it’s impossible to source parts. Tallahassee auto glass found it within minutes and is doing mine tomorrow and is through my USAA insurance, will update on how it goes. Not paid to say this, just annoyed by having conprehensive insurance and safelite canceling my appointments without giving a reason until I call them to find out my part is impossible to find even though it’s online and even in Jacksonville for like $200 🤣
