They told me I needed to take care of it with my insurance company first then I scheduled for them to come out to my house and the technician called me four hours into my appointment time and told me he wasn’t coming because he was overbooked. No offer to reschedule, no compensation, just “sorry about your partner“
- TCTamara ClarkDec 15, 20251.0Only use this location if you can speak with the assistant manager Leo anyone else is absolutely incompetent I had two appointments scheduled and received no phone calls and no show I missed two days of work to have a rear window replaced and no one called me to let me know that they weren't coming. I was called after 13 days of waiting in which they informed me they did not have my window in yet then thank God the wonderful assistant manager actually located it put in a corner in the shop I was finally able to get my window repaired but I would not recommend company.
