  When I purchased my camper I was told that it would be detailed and everything would be fixed. Once I got the camper home I noticed a dirty towel and pool noodle on the side of the mattress storage box area. I opened cabinets and draws only to find remnants of the previous owners belongings. The evening I set the camper up, I went to take a shower and noticed the shower wasn't caulked and then discovered there was no hot water. I went to turn the propane on and one tank was completely empty, so I switched it to the other tank and propane instantly leaked. I'm having to replace the regulator not 24 hrs later after leaving the dealership. I'm grateful for this camper but I'm disappointed in all of the issues I'm already having with it.

  My rv went in for a puck light…. Without telling me they changed my a/c the a/c cabinet and puck lights. the work took almost 3 months and when I picked it up the service person and I realized that they ruined a brand new $300 mattress. After completing the service walk around one of the puck lights STILL DIDNT WORK. the nice lady handed me a puck light in a package so I could replace it myself. Because this was all “warranty work” I was not charged but I and very unhappy with this situation

  I purchased a fifth wheel from the Tallahassee office several years ago. I recently had a propane regulator go bad and I purchased a new one from the Tally store. I was on the way to my camp site and installed it once I arrived. The unit leaked from the very moment I installed it. I used Teflon tape and I have years of mechanical experience. My good friend who owned a gas piping business double checked my installation and came to the same conclusion as me, the unit was leaking. I took the regulator back to camping world and I was told that since I did not have the original package that I could not get a replacement. I then asked why couldn't the replacement package be used for the return. I was informed that it needed to go back on the shelf for resale. I asked the person and he said it is probably an installation issue. Just the thought of someone putting a faulty gas regulator back on the shelf for someone else to purchase and put themselves at risk made my mind up, this is the last time I step foot in that location. I had issues with them when I purchased my 5th wheel and I was giving them another chance.
