  Terrible experience with their incompetent, unprofessional and unresponsive team. I had set the rental to be picked up at a different location, closer and more convenient to me. With under 24 hours till pickup, the location was changed to a place across town. When going to pickup the vehicle, we were informed that it wasn't there. After waiting, we were given a larger truck than reserved. Not really a solution to the issue, given I reserved the size I needed and was moving to NYC. Having a larger truck made parking and driving much more difficult. Not having driven even 100 miles, the oil light came on. Upon checking the dip stick, there was literally no oil. We had to purchase two quarts to add. This is a major safety issues and raises the question of any maintenance being done regularly on these trucks. As easily noted by my return location, they were aware we would be driving the truck over 1,000 miles. Standard checks need to be done before renting. After adding the oil, I reached out to speak with the manager Jess Simmons. I was told she would call back, she didn't. I sent a second email and finally heard from her. She said she would refund me after the rental was closed and to email her when it was returned. I did as requested, asking for $200 off and the cost of the oil reimbursed. I have sent three follow up emails and called twice to speak with her and have not heard back. It has been a week and a half since I returned the truck. Their negligence is unacceptable and is putting people in danger by renting out trucks not road ready and not having the decency to respond to their customers to make their mistakes right.
