I was standing in line to get helped and noticed there was a young lady sitting on a push car playing on her phone as there was 5 people in line. She was quite rude and ignored me and the person in front of me I decided to leave and buy my oil change from O’Reillys. My first and last time going in Autozone. Management needs to control there employees and focus on helping customers and not not playing on their phone while customers are waiting to get helped. I believe the girls’s name was Talia
