- JSJames Spears-Perry5 days ago1.0Went there for an oil change about a couple weeks ago. Came to my main mechanic to get an oil change and was told that the previous people who did my oil change (Valvoline) had forced the drain plug back in and now I have to purchase a new valve plug and oil pan. The amazing thing is that god kept me safe, and the engine didn’t blow. Other than that, I have to spend more money and get these other parts to fix the car. Very unacceptable and don’t recommend going there.

I especially want to highlight Gabriel, who assisted me flawlessly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and showed strong knowledge about the service. On top of that, he was very friendly and courteous, which made the whole experience even better. It’s great to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

- ASAaron SMar 23, 20262.0I have used Valvoline multiple times, and every time I go my experience gets worse. They speed run through my oil change and do not complete what they stated was completed. Per my invoice For example: “Tire Pressure Checked - Okay Front/Rear 36psi” I left and all my tires were 29-30psi, they never touched the tires. Also, “A/C refrigerant - not checked” even though I specifically asked if they could and they said they would. I seem every time I go there is “How much can I upsell this person and do the bare minimum” even though Im playing close to $100 per oil change. Because of neglect, I'm considering taking my business somewhere else.
