  I’m very unhappy with the oil change this time. Took 45 minutes from the time I entered the bay when there were clearly enough staff to finish the job on time. The service tech would come by my vehicle and then disappear. He did this several times. Even when the oil was drained another tech who was working on the next bay shouted to him several times that my vehicle was ready to be filled, he did not show up right away. He did not check tire pressure, brake fluid, windshield wiper fluid even though the final report said they were checked and completed. I won’t be returning since they do not take their job seriously. Seems like management was not present.

  Frank took care of me just like always and advice me. Leo also was cordial while doing the service. Thank you Valvoline for having Frank at the stores. I know him from Killian location AWESOME !!!!

  Carlos and Alex provided excellent and professional service. My car is new 2026 model and they went above and beyond to make sure they were able to assist with oil change and tire rotation. Thanks so much

  Great place! Fast service! Opens early 7:30 am when I went. Professional, transparent. Best oil change I’ve ever gotten.
