  The bad luck and frustration of having my car windshield crack was completely put to ease at Toyota North Miami with the care of Luz Soto. It is not just that she knew exactly what to do in my circumstance but that she had the patience, empathy and grace to put the anxiety I had to rest. Luz contacted my insurance company, remained on the conference call, and my claim was settled. A new windshield installation with Norton Auto Glass is now scheduled with no effort needed on my part. Turns out to be a fine day afterall!

  I had an excellent experience buying my car here with Rafael. He gave me a very good deal, were honest throughout the process, and made everything simple and stress-free. The staff was professional, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. I really appreciated how transparent they were and how hard they worked to make sure I left happy. If you’re looking for a great price and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend them.

  I had a great experience at Toyota of North Miami. Even though it was a Monday, I arrived about 15 minutes before my 11:00 AM appointment, and they took my car within just a couple of minutes without any issues. My service advisor, Ledon , was very friendly and professional. He clearly explained how long the service would take, including the car wash. The entire process was smooth and efficient. The service was completed only about 10 minutes later than the estimated time, which is totally reasonable, and the final paperwork took less than 5 minutes. Overall, everything was quick, organized, and stress-free. I really appreciate the great customer service. Highly recommended!

  I had the best experience with Carlitos and Jose! They were very hands on, and extremely communicative throughout my car buying process. They listened to what I wanted/ was looking for and and brought the best options forward. I was scared going into it as a female not knowing much, but everything was explained to me in a way that made me feel confident and secure in my decision.
