    Eigentlich fing alles gut an mit der Online-Buchung, aber was wir am Flughafen Miami erlebt haben, ist eine absolute Frechheit. Der Verkäufer hat uns vor Ort aktiv eine All-inclusive-Maut-Vignette für rund 15 $ am Tag aufgeschwatzt. Wir haben zugestimmt, damit wir eben keine Scherereien haben und sind im guten Glauben ("All-inclusive") über die Mautstraßen gefahren. Das böse Erwachen kam nach der Rückkehr: Eine zusätzliche Rechnung über 160 $ nur für Maut! Von der pauschalen Abdeckung will Sixt jetzt plötzlich nichts mehr wissen. Das Schlimmste ist aber die Reaktion vom Kundenservice: Es wird sich null bemüht, das zu prüfen. Man wird einfach eiskalt abserviert. Dass man als Kunde so hintergangen wird, ist einfach nur sauer. Eigentlich müsste man vor solch einer Masche geschützt werden. Wir fühlen uns absolut getäuscht und abgezockt. Das war definitiv das letzte Mal Sixt, nächstes Mal geht es wieder direkt zur Konkurrenz. Spart euch das Geld und den Ärger!

    Bardzo dobra wypożyczalnia, konkurencyjne ceny. Auto było praktycznie nowe. Po kilku dniach od wynajmu nasze auto musieliśmy wymienić ponieważ było za mało płynu chłodniczego a cały proces był na prawdę szybki i bezproblemowy. Podjechaliśmy w innym mieście do SIXT od razu przygotowali nam inny samochód również praktycznie nowy. Cały proces trwał szybko 10 minut i mogliśmy dalej ruszyć w drogę. Samochody czyste i zadbane… jak najbardziej warte polecenia i na pewno w przyszłości skorzystam ponownie z wynajmu

    Never again because they big scam people send me a picture of damage rims ( and wasn’t damaged or anything water because water tears And some Mud from rain ) and asking for almost 650 $ and when they put my family in danger because of their car running with out lights and we called them back about the car go back to place you pick it up from then we have to drive back 5 hours almost from Orlando to Miami To change the car only That week (We have a change 8 cars 8 time ) Two times in Tampa airport 3 times Miami airport And every time in Miami airport, the same excuse We’re sorry we give you the car without inspected. They’ve been busy jammed over here and if you ask him for the same category of the car we saw is unavailable. They have to upgrade you to the other car and they charge you as Always And 2 time in Orlando airport all This happened at the same week we supposed to have the family vacation was sponsored by them and they’re bullshit The end by the trip when we drop off the car the manager he said we will give you a 20% off for inconvenience and reach me out. Until today it’s been almost a year. I haven’t been received my adjustment at 20% of the way how they say it and they sent me a bill of $600 for damage I haven’t been created or or happened at the first place. I have all the evidence and I called multiple times every time you reached the person that is not our problem. You have to call the damage claim centre after when you reach them out. Someone pick up the phone and I explained to Said okay no problem now they are back again. They reach me out. Same bullshit again so the best thing is to reach the court and file everything possible to To stop this scam and I didn’t care about you or your family or if you have a baby in the car the only thing you they care about just money and they paid everything and they keep sending me the bills $600 and some change So far, I’m contact with my lawyer to see what’s the best way to let them pay me for my vacation. They have been ruining it and they bought my kids and my family in a danger because of the car. The first one was GMC Yukon XL Has electric Problems With Towing Button Turned on and off by itself (Towing mode) Than the place with the short wheelbase Has the same problem I called them in the middle of the way between Miami and Tampa ( and Send me to Miami airport to replace the car( They replace it with the Tahoe Which has the headlight problems And blanker problems doesn’t go on or not even lights) Then they replace it with different car In Orlando airport Every time they give me a Bmw car Only message of maintenance the car has only 500 mile left For oil change and maintenance Everybody has been experienced this with them If you called them that it doesn’t handle by me that’s not a sir. You have to go file an email and contact this and Management or the office And nobody answered the phone. I have all the evidence has been recording the video. For the Vacation family Good luck for everyone Trying to get Car from them And make sure everybody has to take a picture before they rent anything from them

    The SIXT Rental company has figured'out what customers desire. They have put in place a series of tools that their employees/agents will utilize to ensure a satisfactory, pleasurable, seamless and friendly experience for any and all their renters/customers/patrons and guests. My experience with the representatives who assisted us in our rental process; Mohammad and Jessie was out'right unsurpassable and impressive. The reception we received was unquestionable, tremendously superior to all others?in the business. Mohammad has a kin sense of service and hospitality; and his knowledge base is a broad as an ocean. Coupled with that, he is approachable, receptive and easy'going. He demonstrated a level of confidence and a command of respect for his customers that is to envy - the entire hospitality industry should adopt his model - the "SIXT Model". From my approach to his desk/counter to my departure to pick'up my assigned vehicle, I feel comfortable and satisfied. With that said I highly recommend Mohammad for recognition (Employee of the Month Award); And I also highly recommend the SIXT RENTAL COMPANY to any and every individual tourist, traveler or otherwise seek a smooth, friendly and respectable car rental experience.     Ich kann Sixt Miami nach meiner Erfahrung nicht empfehlen. Mir wurde eine zusätzliche Versicherung berechnet, die weder klar erklärt noch transparent mit mir besprochen wurde. Der gesamte Ablauf am Schalter war aus meiner Sicht nicht nachvollziehbar und alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Besonders gravierend ist für mich, dass mir vor Ort bei der Rückgabe mündlich zugesagt wurde, die Sache werde korrigiert und der Betrag erstattet. Danach folgte jedoch eine E-Mail-Antwort, die das Gegenteil behauptet und so tut, als wäre alles ordnungsgemäß von mir akzeptiert worden. Das steht in direktem Widerspruch zu dem, was tatsächlich am Schalter gesagt wurde. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass mein Fall nicht ordentlich geprüft wurde und stattdessen mit Standardfloskeln abgebügelt werden sollte. Für mich wirkt das wie intransparente und unseriöse Geschäftspraxis. Als Kunde fühle ich mich in dieser Angelegenheit klar getäuscht und schlecht behandelt.
