My experience with this company has been horrible. A true nightmare. I have a brand-new BMW with barely 300 miles on it, and the first time they came to my house, the job was done so poorly that after contacting customer service more than 10 times, they finally sent someone back out. The service was a little better, but they still left my car dirty and full of glass pieces.
Now I’m calling customer service again so they can fix the damage they caused to my dashboard the first time, along with another issue that was not fixed properly during this second visit, and now nobody is responding to me.

Audi owners take note!! Final replacement was well done. Customer service experience was weird to say the least. In person appointments were cancelled twice the evening before due to “equipment issues”. After rescheduling for a mobile appointment, I was then told the calibration for my vehicle (Audi) could only be done in shop 🙃. Add the shipping time in and it took almost an entire month to get one rock chip repaired, which spread obviously and led to a total replacement. The day I arrived at the shop for replacement I saw at least 2 other Audi vehicles in for replacement that day. Could be coincidence, could be incompetence 🤷🏾♂️

Absolutely top-tier service. Everything was done professionally, beautifully, quickly, and with real attention to detail. You can tell the quality is there from start to finish.
Henry, my technician, was outstanding — fast, precise, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Everything looked clean, polished, and well-executed.
Very satisfied with both the service and the final result. Definitely a top-of-the-top experience.
Absolutely horrible service.. first they botched a Crack repair.. next day Crack had spread ... had to replace windshield.. got the windshield replaced and 2 days later a down pour of rain and wipers were not reconnected, so had to pull over on the side of the road and wait for roadside assistance to reconnect wipers!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!
I had an excellent personal experience with Safelite last week. After a rock cracked my windshield while I was driving home, I scheduled an appointment through the Safelite app. The process was incredibly simple, quick, and hassle-free.
The technician, Axel, arrived on time and handled everything efficiently while I continued working. He clearly explained each step of the process, and before I knew it, I had a brand-new windshield installed. He also ensured that all the safety features in my SUV were functioning properly after the installation. As an added bonus, he transferred my SunPass sticker from the old windshield to the new one.
Overall, it was a seamless and stress-free experience, and I highly recommend Safelite for their professionalism, convenience, and outstanding service.
