  While on a work trip in Miami, my car was towed. I tried everything I could to reach someone in Miami at National, and no one could be reached. When I returned to the airport, I walked to the main desk, no one at the desk. I then went out to the rental car area and the representative said there was nothing I could do and I would get a bill. I received a bill for $800 for the collection of my rental from the towing company. Unbelievable. I am getting my company involved to dispute this outrageous fee. If I could have talked to someone, I could have likely gone to the towing company and picked up my car for $100. This is ridiculous.

  When I travel for work I ONLY use National Car Rental. I like that I can pick out the car from a row of various vehicles and no matter what city I'm in, the National staff is so friendly and helpful.

  I did a one way rental with drop off in Port Canaveral. I arrived stressed and worried that I was late but my encounter with Austyn changed that. He made my day — was very professional and pleasant with a great sense of humor. He did my return with a smile.

  We had an overall great experience with National Car Rental at Miami International Airport, with smooth and efficient service on both pickup and return. As Emerald Club members, we headed straight to the Emerald Aisle. The pickup process did take about half an hour since inventory was running low, so there was a bit of waiting while cars became available. Eventually, we selected a Nissan Rogue, which was clean and in excellent condition—definitely worth the wait. The return process was seamless. Staff were professional and efficient, and we were in and out within minutes. Despite the slight delay at pickup, the quality of the vehicle and the ease of the return made this a very positive experience. We would definitely rent from National again.

  When I returned my car the girl said to me it will be taken care of. No problem. She would send me an email. I never got the email but I got an email about that I did not return the car and if I wanted to extend my rental. I called the Ocala airport office and let them know I did return the car the day before when it was due and the girl did not close out the order. The head guy said sorry about that and took care of the issue. He also addressed the girl for not doing her job as he told me. The head guy took care of it. But the girl needs to be more interested in her job than chatting up other people.
