  Came in for a check up on my car and let me tell you this is the number #1 best location to get your car serviced, it was super easy and quick and very honest people there. Thank you Jason, Oscar, and Austin.

  So, I took my vehicle to get serviced for my oil change late Friday afternoon (almost closing time), not only did they take care of it but they were able to find my vehicle's oil service history from before I even bought it! Super fast quick and transparent service. I liked them so much I immediately asked for them to please quote me on a whole brake change. They were able to order my parts. Super impressed by this team, being a retired mechanics daughter I felt they were very clear and explained what I needed without any kind of misunderstanding.

  I recently had an experience at Jiffy Lube that left me feeling frustrated, disrespected, and taken advantage of. As a woman, it’s hard not to notice when you’re being spoken to differently—or worse, assumed to know less—and this visit made that painfully clear. I went in for what should have been a straightforward service, but it quickly turned into a situation where I was being pushed into additional charges that didn’t make sense. The staff used vague explanations and a lot of pressure, making it seem like these extra services were urgent or necessary. When I asked questions, I didn’t get clear answers—just more insistence. Later, after doing my own research and even consulting someone more knowledgeable, it became obvious that I had been upsold on services I didn’t actually need. It felt less like customer service and more like they saw an opportunity to make extra money by assuming I wouldn’t question it. What bothers me most isn’t just the money—it’s the feeling of being underestimated and dismissed. No one should walk into a business and feel like they’re being judged or targeted based on gender or assumed knowledge. That said, I do want to acknowledge that Carlos was the one exception. He was respectful, patient, and actually took the time to explain things clearly without pressure. He treated me like a customer who deserved transparency, not someone to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that level of professionalism was not reflected by the rest of the staff, whose behavior was disappointing and, at times, unacceptable. I would strongly encourage others to be cautious, ask detailed questions, and even get a second opinion before agreeing to additional services. Transparency and respect should be the standard, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here

  I was a loyal customer for over 30 years. My prior oil change there charged me $170. My next oil change was in a different city at a Walmart and it was $68 for the same synthetic oil. That jiffy lube location made me feel like a sucker. After over 30 years I will never go there again. I suggest to anybody reading this they do the same.

  Just went for an oil change but Fast service. The guys are nice. Also Only place that my box truck fits in so props to that
