- DVDaniel V2 days ago1.0Wish I could give zero stars. I went to this location for a tire rotation and provided my wheel lock key, which is required for the service. I recently realized it was never returned to me. When I went back today to retrieve it, the Store Manager was completely dismissive. Without even looking, he claimed they didn't have it and insinuated I should have come back sooner. I explained that a wheel lock key isn't something people check daily and that it was their responsibility to return it immediately after the service. His excuse was that they “see 60 cars a day.” I even offered to look through their lost and found to match the key myself, but he flat-out said no. Losing a customer's property is bad enough, but the complete lack of accountability and unprofessional attitude from the manager is unacceptable

They told me my battery needed to be replaced right away for $310 (overpriced) and also pushed brake pad/shoe work. I declined it and went somewhere else for a second opinion, turns out my battery is completely fine. I’m posting the estimate they gave me. Just be careful and don’t feel pressured into anything without double checking. They really try to overcharge you for unnecessary stuff.
