  Después de mucho esfuerzo decidí financiar mi primer carro. Y comencé todo el proceso de búsqueda y aprendizaje. Y en el proceso me tope con personas muy amables, vendedores y jefes que me brindaron mucha ayuda y apoyo, a los cuales les agradezco cada minuto dedicado a mi. Lisbeth en Brickell Honda,Karel de RickCase, Paola de Rick Case Honda. Erik Braman Honda. Fueron un apoyo y guía en medio de tanta tormenta. Y aquí en SouthHonda encontré a un equipo que me tomo de la mano como uno mas de ellos. Delvys el mejor y mas transparente vendedor que he visto en mi vida, y Daniel G Guadamuz increíble su apoyo me sentí en mi casa conversando con amigos , mas alla de la apariencia por querer vender. Gracias por su ayuda por brindarme el mejor deal que pude pensar y aún cuando estaba satisfecho llamarme y darme una mejor noticia aún. Solo Gracias 🙏 y de mas esta decir que SouthHonda lo recomiendo un millón de veces.

  I stopped by South Motors Honda to view a 2024 Honda Accord EX. Jean Berrera came out to greet me and was very pleasant. The vehicle was at the other location so we went there and I test drove the vehicle. It was the first car I test drove and had others on my list at other dealerships. Jean was low pressure and very nice. Gave me his business card and I said I would call him if he could be of further service. After 2 weeks of looking, I reached back out to Jean. The vehicle was still available along with another one I test drove. Long story short, Jean was professional and easy to work with. We were able to get the deal done. I would highly recommend South Motors & Jean to friends and family in the car market.

  This is by far the worst experience I have had buying a car from a dealer. From the initial phone call to get more info about the vehicle to the actual purchase of the vehicle, the sales representative was very rude. After asking to talk to a sales manager (who was very polite) I continued to pursue the purchase. After flying in from out of state to purchase, the sales representative still was not the friendliest to work with. When we arrived there were about 10 sales people sitting around on their phones in multiple locations, leaning up on showroom cars, under tents, or sitting on a bench not helping anyone. I let them know what we were there for and waited, and waited, and waited for assistance. Finally we got to talk to someone. After an inspection and a test drive I let him know I wanted to purchase. I was paying cash for the vehicle. We know waited in the showroom for 45 minutes to get any assistance. It took over 4 hours at the dealership to complete a cash sale.

  I forgot the sales man name but I think was Christopher Rodrigues . He recently moved from Texas 6 month ago . He helped me purchase my Toyota Highlander 2019 XLE (pearl white) . He was a nice and caring salesman that tried to make the purchasing process easy and was very attentive in everything . Great salesman and great socia skills. Constantly tried to get me a great deal. I appreciate all he did

  Totally disrespectful sales. They state they are “with you” , then they send you the list of so many expansive fees and charges for nothing, all their charges are tripled compared to luxury cars Florida dealerships. And they start from there. They give you discount on all those charges and rise the price for the car dramatically at the same time. They give you $1,509 discount and want to sell the car $7,000 more expansive. At the same time they txt you disrespectful messages masking not to accept it as disrespectful. I would recommend stay away from them and make your deal with some other dealership - there plenty of them in South Florida.
