    It seems to me they try to upsell you something you probably really don't need, or dont need right away but they make it sound urgent. Like spark plugs when you went in for a battery and the vehicle only has 40k miles.

    Realmente satisfecho con el profesionalismo del Sr Juan Carlos , Sergio y Rafael en cuanto atención y responsabilidad pero quiero notificar que el Sr Rey fue inmensamente grosero y poco profesional cuando le solicité saliera a ver mi carro para explicarle mi inquietud del trabajo que quería hacer . Pero gracias a Sr Juan todo quedó solucionado. Con personas como Sergio y Juan es que uno vuelve a casa .
