  The worst auto shop I've ever been to in Miami. I mean, I took my car there just to have them check how serious the electrical problem was, and they took an entire day just to give me a diagnosis. The car came out of the shop five times worse with the problem. That's outrageous! They should at least have the responsibility to be honest. When they call you to wash their hands of the matter and tell you the cost of the supposed diagnosis, they should communicate what they're supposed to do, with a commitment to let you know if they can fix the problem. Instead, to get out of the situation, they tell you to buy another car, like that person told me. But I never heard them say, "We'll try to fix your problem since it's too complicated for us to return your car to you in the condition you brought it in." It's outrageous! I want to understand what they did to it because the car came out worse. The problem wasn't constant; when I went to pick it up, I brought it back with... The same problem persisted, and to make matters worse, the white-haired man who helped me ended up charging me for practically making the situation worse. Someone explain this to me, because it takes nerve to try to charge money for something you just damaged. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone; this is an outrageous level of shamelessness and audacity. El peor taller que e visitado en la ciudad de miami , osea lleve el carro para q solo lo chequiaran ah haber que tan grave era la falla electrica que presentaba , de paso que se demoraron todo un dia completo para solo dar un diagnostico , salio peor el carro de el taller con la falla 5 veces peor eso es un abuso por q por lo menos tienen que tener la responsabilidad de ser honesto con la verdad , de cuando te llaman para lavarse las manos y para decirte el costo del supuesto diagnostico , deberian de comunicarte lo que se supone que deberian de tomar con Responsabilidad de compromiso en dejarte saber si pueden tratar la falla en la solucion , pues como para salirce del paquete te dicen comprate otro carro como me lo dijo esa persona , pero jamas escuche trataremos de resolver tu falla ya que se nos complico en nuestras mano para devolverte tu auto como se supone que usted lo trajo , demasiado abuso quiero tratar de entender que fue lo que le icieron por que el carro salio peor la falla que presentaba no era constante , pues al ir a retirarlo me lo traje con la misma falla empeorada permanente y lo peor que el señor de cabello blanco que me atendio me termino cobrando por practicamente terminar de empeorar la situacion , de dicha falla que alguien me explique de esto por que hay que tener valor para tratar de cobrar dinero por algo q terminaste de dañar , no le recomiendo este taller a nadien esto es demasiado nivel de sinverguensura y de descaro

  My 1987 Ford Crown Vic needed a complete overhaul of the engine, transmission, AC and other work. Galceran Auto performed every task flawlessly. They’re true mechanics who love what they do. Yamil kept me updated regularly and was very transparent on every detail. Thank you, Lucas

  This is the second time I’ve brought my 2021 Porsche Macan S to Galceran Auto Electric, and once again, they delivered an exceptional experience. The first visit included an air conditioning filter replacement, engine air filter, oil filter, and a full synthetic oil change — all done with the highest quality materials and impressive precision. I was even able to see my car being serviced live, which gave me total peace of mind. Just a few days ago, I returned for a full brake service, and the team once again went above and beyond. They replaced my brakes with top-of-the-line American-made ceramic discs and performed a full brake fluid replacement. The difference was immediate and outstanding. Special thanks to Yamil and his fantastic team. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail are unmatched. It’s rare to find a shop that delivers this level of service — fast, trustworthy, and top-quality. They have earned my trust and loyalty. Highly recommended and blessings to them all!
