  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. I reserved a luxury SUV, but within an hour of my scheduled pickup time, I was called and told the vehicle was not available. I was informed they only had regular SUVs or cars and that I would receive a follow up call around 12:30. That call never came. When I arrived at the location, the situation was even worse. Not only did they not have a luxury SUV, they did not have any SUVs at all. The only options available were a truck or a Toyota Corolla, which was completely different from what I reserved. They then sent me to the airport location, which caused a significant waste of time. On top of that, I could not use my original reservation there and was forced to rent a car again and pay twice. This entire situation made me waste both time and money due to poor communication, lack of coordination between locations, and unreliable inventory management. Completely unacceptable.

  Had a great experience renting at this location. Barely a wait time, no issues with the car, staff was very friendly and helpful and the price was the best especially compared to airport rental.

  Had a good experience at this location when I was in need of a rental for a short weekend trip. Initially, I was frustrated by the experience of needing to wait about 2.5 hours past my reservation time for the car to get delivered (it’s a very small location inside the JW Marriott). Nevertheless, my reservation was extended to match the official pickup time when I was handed the keys, and check in was quick and smooth, so that was encouraging. Also, the manager on-site, Rodney, is truly an exemplary leader of the team and went to great lengths to make sure my concerns were addressed and I was entirely happy with my reservation. The care he showed is why I will be booking with them again in the future!

  When you go on enterprise website, they do not give you a choice to opt out of cookies. They have deceptively designed the website where by they say "go to our privacy page" to opt out and they make you circle round and round where they dont easily let you uncheck optional cookies but require you to enter your email to "request" them not to sell your data, whereby they have already collected your email which they can then sell. And on their global page they mention different countries except the U.S. which is strange. If enterprise engages in such deceptive design of legally required cookie opt out options for consumers in the U.S. I am thinking in their rental practices they have quite a few deceptive ways of making you pay more for renting their vehicles. I was looking to rent a car but seeing this deceptive practice, i am choosing not to look at enterpise rent a car.
