    The Hyundai Santa Fe SUV was fantastic. The best part of dealing with enterprise at this Miami Florida location, were the two guys who checked my car out and back in. Both were extremely professional and courteous… Not only to me, but everyone I saw them work with while in the building

    D'Andre is an amazing person full of patience and grace. He treated my family and me so well. He found the right car to cheer us up as they are fixing our car from an accident!! Made the wait worth it!!

    The rental experience was great. We got a car that was ready to rent and go. I would say we were amazed that we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. And when returning the rental car, it was also quick and easy. We bave no complaints for this experience at Enterprise.

    The customer service is good, but the vehicle was delivered pretty dirty and with a very funky smell. They gave me a very basic model of a Ford Edge and I felt very uncomfortable driving it. I requested several times for them to please give me another vehicle due to safety reasons (no camera, no sensors, lack of visibility of the front view) and they ignored my request all those times. Again, the customer service agents were very attentive but they didn’t resolve my issue.
