    I recently had to rent a car from this location. Everyone was very friendly and wait times were not long. I was happy with the choice in car. When I returned the car they gave me a ride home.

    I usually rent cars at the Miami airport because I mistakenly believed I could get better rates there than at offices in other areas of the city. However, back in october 2025 I decided to give Enterprise Car Rental, located at 13511 SW 137 Ave near my home in Kendall, FL, a chance and rented an SUV. I was pleasantly surprised by the great rate I received and, most especially, by the excellent customer service provided by Christopher Parra. He took a lot of time to give me recommendations and help me choose the best SUV option. Three months later, about a week ago, I returned to the Enterprise office to inquire about renting another SUV, and I was surprised when Chris recognized me immediately and gave me a warm welcome. Christopher has that great human quality one hopes to find when in need of any type of service. Congratulations to Enterprise for having such a high-level employee who provides customers with outstanding service.
