    The employees of Enterprise at 9800 South Dixie Hwy in Miami, Fl., were all personable, kind and very nice to deal with. This location had been recommended to me and I’m glad to have rented at a neighborhood location.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience with Enterprise. I booked my rental a full month in advance, only for them to cancel it the same day as my trip with no real warning, no accountability, and no proper solution. Because of their incompetence, my family and I were left completely stranded. What’s the point of making a reservation if the company can just cancel on you last minute? This wasn’t a small inconvenience—this was a complete failure of service that caused unnecessary stress and disrupted our plans entirely. The lack of professionalism and care for customers is honestly shocking. No effort was made to fix the situation or even take responsibility. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before trusting Enterprise with anything time-sensitive. They are clearly not reliable.
