  Terrible. Booked a car. when I got there was not available and all I could get is a small car. Did not try to help.

  I left my SunPass in the dental car i call them and they said the have it when i got at store they forse me to look it up in one place where they have around 100 transporter and they don’t even have my one and also they don’t help me to find it very bad organization they should have each transporter with name or something where they can figure out where lost things are or be more gentle to help customers

  Wendjy Desrosiers was SO helpful and explained the whole process to me. He made sure the car was set before I left the lot. He has wonderful customer service skills and made me feel confident with my rental. He told me what to do if I needed help while I have the rental and made sure to go above and beyond. So happy I was able to get his help for this whole process. He made no mistakes while he worked quickly to get me in and out the door in under an hour. When returning the rental he confirmed that I left nothing behind and told me I'd get my receipt to the proper email which I updated and I appreciate his attention to detail. I will be using that enterprise location when I need another rental just because of how amazing the experience felt working with him. He did a phenomenal job! Thank you Wendjy!
