  The woman at the reservation desk Anna was rude and threatened to not rent me a car! I asked for a upgrade that I was offered online for an additional fee. I was told by Anna that I didn’t need to upgrade because the car i reserved was “NICE ENOUGH “ completely flabbergasted. My sister walks up and asks why my face is balled up. I start talking to my sister about what was going on at the counter and we were threatened multiple times with being stranded at the airport unless we stopped talking to each other about the paid experience im having. I repeatedly asked for the girls name as she had her name tag covered by a jacket. After she refused to give me her name i asked to speak with a supervisor. After about 20 minutes a woman appeared and told me that i should not have a problem i was rented a car right! Customer service At Miami Airport was horrible for me that day!. I will probably never rent from this company again! Last thing i need is for the rental company that I pay to threaten to leave me stranded in another city. Completely unacceptable.

  Aucun problème avec la voiture, tout était parfait. Cependant, au niveau du carburant, il nous a été proposé de prépayer au comptoir, le discours étant qu’au retour il nous sera facturé le montant de carburant manquant. Avec un prix au gallon affiché au comptoir. J’ai bien demandé une deuxième confirmation. Au retour, nous découvrons qu’il s’agit en fait d’un forfait et que nous sommes débités de la totalité du montant. Je me sens abusé, d’autant plus qu’un prix au gallon est affiché, pas un montant forfaitaire. Nous avons été facturé l’équivalent de 16,5 gallons au prix affiché, ce que notre voiture ne pouvait contenir. Ce montant ne correspond donc à rien, et le panneau affichant les prix (avec les mentions en très petit de sorte que nous ne puissions les lire depuis le comptoir) induit clairement en erreur. Le personnel s’est d’ailleurs référé à ce tableau en le pointant du doigt. Cela devrait être plus clair. Première fois que je suis déçu de cette compagnie

  Very disappointed in the information presented at the time of the pick up and process. We were told that the price for gas was higher then $4.77 per gallon outside. And based on their information we prepaid for gas. And upon going outside all the gas prices were $3.68-$3.78 per gallon. Completely lied to me to make more money. Then when we received the car it had ⅝of a tank. And we brought it back with ¾ thinking ok we won't be charged the $4.77 we were taken advantage of on. Only to fund out that doesn't matter we fill led it up and got charged the $4.77 on top of that. Its such a shame the way companies like these trap customers and run the costs up. I will most likely not do business with Enterprise again in the near future because I cannot trust them. If there is a customer relations rep that would like to contact me im open to discussing my current issues with them.

  I always use Enterprise whenever possible and after this last rental I will definitely continue using them. We were on our annual motorcycle trip with two other bikes, heading round trip from Virginia Beach to Key West when our 2010 Harley Fatboy broke down in Miami. While the bike was being repaired we decided to continue our trip to Key West in a cage (car), thinking the bike would be fixed when we returned to Miami heading north. We were wrong, contacted Enterprise to see what they could do for us since we had to get home to Va Bch and the shop was waiting on parts which were on back order (old bike). They were FANTASTIC!!! they were able to extent our contract and change the drop-of point to Norfolk. We were able to keep the same car so we did not have to unload and reload at the Miami airport and the cost was just another week of renting the car. Will definitely rent from them again.

  We arrived after a 10 hour flight and 2 hours in immigration to the enterprise hire centre at Tampa to be met by a lovely person that helped us complete the hire paperwork on the machine which cut down our wait time which was a great start, unfortunately the positive experience in Tampa ended there. Upon trying to collect our mustang or something equivalent we were met by a manager who I shall politely say lacked the level customer service skills I was expecting. We we offered a mini convertible, not quite a mustang is it? When I explained what had paid for he became totally uninterested, literally shrugged his shoulders and walked off. After 15mins another person approached us, unsure of his name or title he explained that the office were told and that they should have explained at check in and offered an alternative before we got to the garage. In the end we accepted a non convertible. By contrast the team at Miami at drop off were amazing, even sorted out the overcharging for fuel as we had already filled up. Apparently this is standard practice to charge, whether you fill up or not, so be aware! I would recommend looking elsewhere.
