  The girl at the front made everything feel VERY transactional and short. Needs a little guidance on how to be more personable and welcoming to customers. Some of these customers are going on vacation. Attitude was off! Come to find out at the time of my return she was the “manager” ?? The car that was given to me was dirty. There was trash in the back passenger seats from previous rental customer. Made me feel like they did not Sanitize or clean the car at all YUCK. On top of that at the time of my rental, my agreement was set to return the car at a certain being 1pm. Confirmed! I get a notification the day prior I needed to turn in the car at 9am? Of course trying to extend it would charge me. And the location was closed when I got the notification. I HAD TO CUR THE TRIP SHORT A DAY EARLY TO AVOID GETTING CHARGED EXTRA. Horrible service! Then I get a call at 9:10am the day of the return from the “manager” asking me if I was going to return the car? Duh do you think I was going to keep it? I explained to her I was minutes away and told I was scheduled to return it by 1pm. I have no idea why they changed it so last minute. Could not give me an answer. When I returned the car she was like, I’ll give you a free day. I’m sorry for the inconvenience but if I fill out the customer service survey with positive reviews that it will go a long way??????? Umm maybe you should have treated said customer better from the beginning before even attempting to ask for a positive survey!
