  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The customer service was unacceptable, especially from the lady working there, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told it would take about 8 minutes to bring my car and another 8 minutes for the return, but instead I ended up waiting for an entire hour. This kind of delay, combined with the lack of communication, is simply not acceptable. To make matters worse, I brought this issue to the manager’s attention, and they showed no concern or willingness to help. It was clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Save your time and go somewhere else.

  “Mi experiencia en Enterprise Rent-A-Car fue la mejor. Aunque tenía una reservación, tuve problemas con la reserva del vehículo, debido al seguro que cubría los daños del accidente, el tiempo de espera fue largo, no obstante la atención fue la mejor, no dependía de ellos y sin embargo gracias a Sujel Arias, quién me brindó toda su ayuda con gran profesionalismo

  I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise and had an excellent experience from beginning to end. The reservation process was simple and efficient, and everything was exactly as expected when I arrived. The car itself was in outstanding condition — very clean inside and out, well-maintained, and drove smoothly throughout the entire rental period. It was clear that the company takes pride in keeping their vehicles in top shape, which made me feel comfortable and confident while driving. What truly made the difference, however, was the quality of customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a positive attitude and were ready to assist with any questions I had. They explained all the details clearly, made sure I understood the rental terms, and ensured the entire process was quick and stress-free. During both pickup and return, everything was handled efficiently and without any delays. I especially appreciated how organized and respectful the team was with my time. It’s not always easy to find this level of service, and it definitely stood out. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. Enterprise exceeded my expectations in terms of vehicle quality, professionalism, and customer care. I would absolutely rent from them again in the future and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and smooth car rental experience.
