  Absolutely the worst Enterprise location I’ve ever dealt with. Completely disorganized staff acting like the customers are the inconvenience. Payment somehow turned into a problem because my father was paying but I was driving. I’m 35, not a teenager, and they still acted annoyed. It got even worse when we didn’t agree to every unnecessary add on they tried to push. While we were standing in line, they skipped right over us and started helping people behind us who hadn’t even begun the process. No explanation, just complete chaos. We showed up an hour early because we had to leave our hotel. Instead of being helpful, they immediately gave attitude saying why are you here your reservation is at noon. Okay and? The car was already there and ready, which they admitted, but still told us to go sit down and wait like we were bothering them. Customer service was nonexistent, the process was a mess, and the attitude was worse. 0 stars

  I made a reservation 9 days in advance for a minivan at a confirmed price. The day before my trip, they left me a message that the vehicle was not available due to a recall on minivans. On the day of pickup, I called ahead to confirm availability and asked if there were any comparable vehicles or alternatives available, but there was nothing offered to accommodate the situation. I then asked to speak with a manager, hoping for a solution or for them to honor the reservation in some way. Instead, the manager was dismissive and showed zero interest in helping or honoring the reservation. At that point, the reservation clearly meant nothing. No vehicle, no alternative, no effort to resolve the issue. The best part? The same vehicle was available at another location, just at a higher price. So the car exists, just not at the price that was originally confirmed. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

  Worst rent car ever. Had to cancel reservation. Doesn’t allow Contactless payments, only chip or swipe like it’s 2005. Also, employee made us search in google for amex benefits so he can assure we would have insurance covered. (We have been using same card for all our reservations in years. First and last using enterprise).
