  This agency is terrible. They told me they didn't accept my insurance, which is completely false—my insurance provider confirmed that they do. That immediately set off alarm bells for me; when I checked the reviews, I saw that nothing there works properly—the customer service is abysmal, and the cars are in poor condition. Consequently, I decided not to rent from them. So, choose wisely when selecting a rental agency to avoid having a bad experience.

  A tight city branch that does the job without fuss. Isabella had the car ready on the kerb. Check-in done quickly. Keys in hand and gone. Sam handled the return the same way. Straightforward. No delay. Easy off the Metrorail. Clear of US-1 traffic. On the road south without the drag from downtown. A simple start to a long drive. Very well run. I’d rent here again.

  I had to rent a more expensive car because there was only one option available. I was told I could return later to switch to a cheaper car, which was not practical. When I returned the vehicle, I asked for an emailed receipt. It was never sent. I called back multiple times. Madeline said she would call me back and did not. On a later call, she was rude and dismissive instead of helpful. Basic customer service was missing. Do not promise follow up if you do not intend to do it. The interaction with Madeline was unprofessional and disappointing.

  Worst rental car experience I have ever experienced. Received a car that was dangerous including warning light on no functioning AC in Miami Florida and no gas. When I went to return it to the nearest Enterprise location I was told they are not required to swap out the vehicle.

  Sam from the Dadeland Station Enterprise location was great! We had a good experience with him leading up to our rental all the way until we returned the car. This will be the location where we went from in the future.
