  Another useless experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I rented a vehicle from the 136 Ave / 128th St location under a special body shop rate. Everything was fine at first, but when my car repair got extended another two weeks, things went downhill fast. I returned the car to the Perrine location while I was out of town for a few days (didn’t make sense to pay for it to sit unused). Now that I’m back and still need a rental, neither the Perrine nor Palmetto Bay locations will honor the same rate. Instead, they’re forcing me to go all the way back to the original Kendall location near the body shop. So now, because of their lack of flexibility and poor customer service, I have to Uber across town just to get the same rental I already had. No solutions, no accountability, and no consideration for the customer. Very frustrating experience and definitely not what I expected. Pedro needs to be trained in customer service finding solutions for the customer. --------------------------- ADDED TO MY REVIEW AFTER THEIR SCRIPTED REPLY. Why even bother replying? You already blew it. I’ve wasted enough of my time dealing with this. Your only “solution” is for me to Uber all the way to Kendall just to get the same body shop rate—how does that make any sense? You’re the same company, yet none of your locations can work together or honor the same rate. Because of this mess, I wasn’t even able to pick up my son from school at 3 PM. That’s completely unacceptable. And now you want me to go through your contact form just to get even more of a runaround? No thanks.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise from start to finish. The process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I really appreciated how smooth everything went, from booking to pick-up and return. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the team made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, it was a stress-free experience, and I would definitely use Enterprise again.
