  Realicé el alquiler de un vehículo con Enterprise en Miami el 1 de abril. Durante el proceso fui atendida por el señor Wendjy Desrosiers, quien me solicitó 100 dólares en efectivo adicionales al pago del alquiler, el cual ya había sido realizado con tarjeta. No me entregó ningún tipo de recibo ni soporte por ese dinero. En ese momento, por estar en otro país y confiar en el proceso, accedí a entregarlo. Posteriormente noté que no recibí documentos del contrato de alquiler y que ese cobro no estaba debidamente justificado. Además, el costo total del servicio resultó excesivo, teniendo en cuenta que más adelante alquilé un vehículo en otra ciudad por más días y a un precio considerablemente menor. Un amigo se acercó personalmente a la oficina en Miami para presentar la queja. Allí le indicaron que revisarían el caso, incluyendo las cámaras de seguridad. Han pasado 15 días sin obtener respuesta ni solución. La experiencia fue muy negativa, tanto por la falta de transparencia como por la ausencia de seguimiento. Recomiendo evaluar otras opciones antes de contratar con esta empresa.

  Been meaning to drop this for a couple months now, but this is the absolute worst managed shop I have ever encountered as a traveler. Manager is unable to perform management tasks, lacks accountability and the knowledge to properly perform the job. The young man working behind the counter felt terrible because he knew how bad his boss messed up and apologized for his bosses incompetence over and over, so this guy is stand up, he was trying to help figure out solutions while his boss had us drive 24 hours away from home with an enterprise vehicle, with weeks prior permission, communication, repetition of plans and confirmation of vehicle belonging to Enterprise Rental and fully paid for and on time as expected. We figured out ourselves in the end, just pick a different enterprise and try your luck, just not this one!

  I rented a vehicle from the Aventura Enterprise location while I was on the brightline headed to Aventura. Jordan quickly picked me up and processed my rental. He was just as efficient and kind when I returned the vehicle. I'll definitely rent from that location on my next business trip.

  I had an absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise. I made a reservation ahead of time specifically to avoid any issues, only to show up and be told that the car I reserved wasn’t even on site. No call, no warning, no attempt to notify me beforehand, just “we don’t have it.” Instead of offering a real solution, I was told I’d need to go to another location to get a vehicle. That meant paying for an Uber just to pick up a car that should have been ready where I originally reserved it. Completely inconvenient and unprofessional. What’s the point of making a reservation if the car isn’t guaranteed to be there? The whole experience felt disorganized and careless. I won’t be using Enterprise again after this.

  Always the best service. Kenny is always so welcoming and goes the extra mile he’s a clear asset to the company. Jordan is also amazing always ready to help this location is the best one by far.
