I drove an hour and a half to pick up the car I had reserved, only to find that it wasn’t available. He simply told me to sort it out at another location and moved on to the next customer without any assistance.

Be careful where you park in Miami they are so quick to tow a vehicle but they got me back into a clean, reliable car in no time, which I truly appreciated. The customer service really stood out—Adrian made me feel valued and taken care of. It’s not always easy to find service like that these days.
