Everything was very technical, and he didn't seem to care about helping me. I doubt I'll ever return, much less recommend this location.

He was extremely thorough in his inspection on all points, knowledgeable in the product offered, professional, polite and most importantly honest in his recommendations. That was my first time visiting a Valvoline as I have always gone to the car dealership for all maintenance services. This visit has changed that for me. Service was quick, stayed in my vehicle, no wait, no line. I saved myself minimum 3 hours from going to the dealership and felt a more personable service at Valvoline. Thank you, Andres!
