  Do not let the positive reviews mislead you. My experience at this location was unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. I came in for a routine oil change and received some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. First, the customer interaction was condescending and unprofessional. The employee explaining the oil options repeatedly talked over me, assumed I didn’t understand basic pricing, and kept asking if I was confused, while I was trying to ask a separate question. The shop had extremely loud music playing, which made communication even more difficult. The overall tone felt dismissive rather than informative. The real issue, however, was the oil change itself. During the service, oil was spilled across my engine compartment and even onto my windshield. Instead of properly addressing the spill, I was told it was “nothing that windshield fluid couldn’t clean.” That response alone shows a lack of care. After leaving the shop, I began smelling burning oil. I had to pull over, open the hood, and discovered oil leaking and smoke coming from the engine area. This was not a minor spill, it was all over the engine components. I contacted customer service and was told the manager would handle it. When I returned, the manager dismissed my concerns and claimed no damage would occur to my vehicle. There was no acknowledgment that the car had not arrived in that condition and that the service was unprofessional. No accountability. No ownership. The only solution offered was to spray degreaser and rinse the engine with water, which I declined due to concerns about potential damage to electrical components. I was then told he would “message someone,” but after waiting 40 minutes, there was still no resolution. When I requested a refund, I was offered only a 50% discount, handwritten on a piece of paper for a future visit. At that point, I had completely lost confidence in their ability to service my vehicle safely. I declined. I told the manager that trust, once broken, is not restored with a coupon. I left without a proper resolution. This location demonstrated a serious lack of professional communication, competency, attention to detail, and accountability. I will not return to this Valvoline location and strongly caution others to think carefully before trusting them with their vehicle.

  Overfilled my oil. Horrible care and attention yo my vehicle could of potentially ruined. Want my money back now.

  I had a great visit at Valvoline for an oil change. Antonio was friendly and kind. I def recommend this place.
