- AMAndrea MolanoOct 15, 20251.0Hoy pase para que me hicieran un simple cambio de aceite ,llegue con mi carro bien sin ningun problema y sin ninguna luz prendida en el tablero.Cuando terminaron de cambiar el aceite a mi camioneta o sorpresa ya ni prendia mi carro , ellos decian que solo cambiaron el aceite ,que eso era la bateria que era vieja y yo les dije no es vieja la cambie hace 1 año, me doy cuenta que tengo la luz del motor prendida y les dije que por que se prendio la luz del motor y otra que no supe que era, ellos decian que era el motor .me quede sin carro ! Ellos decian que yo venia con esa luz.Les dije no tenia ninguna luz y mi carro prendia normal y ahora despues que ellos cambiaron el aceite no prendia se apagaba, eran 4 de ellos y ningno me resolvio se ivan , al final me quede con uno el manager Eduardo , despues de 1 hora y media me dice que esta hablando con su mecanico por telefono que alfinal supe que era su cuñado ,le ponian el computador a la camioneta y nunca pudieron descifrar que era.Al final tuve que llamar a mi papa que es mecanico que vive en colombia y en 5 minutos le enseño al muchacho que debia hacer ,mi papa lo dirigía por telefono desde colombia y asi fue como mi papa desde colombia arreglo mi carro.Les enseño que antes de poner el filtro del aceite deben cargarlo con aceite por que si lo ponen sin aceite entra el aire y eso fue lo que ocurrio con mi camioneta y por esa razon se apagaba.le dio una clase de como cambiar un aceite para que no vuelvan a dañar otro carro.alfinal mi papa no les cobro la asesoría desde colombia y yo termine pagando el mal trabajo y las 2 horas de frustracion que pase ,por que nadie supo que fue lo que paso con mi camioneta , casi me hacen comprar una bateria y cambiarle el motor a la camioneta.les dije menos mal no son dentistal me hubieran sacado todos los dientes por error y lo que necesitaba erauna simple limpieza dental jajajajjajaja no volvere a ese lugar
