  I had such a positive experience at Valvoline thanks to Dom. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and he made sure I understood everything about my service. He and his team worked quickly but thoroughly. Great customer service from start to finish!

  Inexperienced staff didn’t know how to do a transmission flush. The manager didn’t even bother to help. Wasn’t greeted right away and waited until they finished to tell me I wasted my time because they didn’t know where the dipstick was. I ended up at a different Valvoline where I was taken in right away and they did the job this people couldn’t.

  They performed well on my car but one employee actually yelled at another in anger and it was so uncomfortable to witness.

  I’ve had bad experiences with shops in the past, but these guys are the real deal. Not only did they handle the oil change quickly, but they also did a full courtesy check and caught a small belt issue before it became a big problem. Highly recommend them for their honesty and attention to detail."

  For the first time in years, I received terrible service at this place. I arrived with my car and my son's car for a quick service. I told them not to check anything, just to change the oil. Apparently, they didn't like that, and they made us wait as long as they pleased. When I started complaining, they came up with the excuse that the oil pan drain plug was damaged. I told them that if it was damaged, they must have damaged it here because I've always had my oil changed here, and if that were the case, why hasn't my son's car had any problems, and why is it still here? The truth is, it was terrible service.
