Quiero agradecer públicamente a Heidi Paipia por su increíble ayuda durante la compra de mi Toyota Tacoma 2026. Desde el primer momento fue profesional, paciente y muy atenta, explicándome cada detalle y ayudándome a tomar la mejor decisión sin presión.
Definitivamente es una excelente vendedora, comprometida con sus clientes y con un servicio que realmente marca la diferencia. Gracias a ella, todo el proceso fue fácil, claro y una muy buena experiencia.

Los vendedores siempre muy buenos a la hora de ayudarte a comprar tu carro pero a la hora de tu hacer cancelaciones allí no aparece nadie, tengo más de 5 meses comunicándome con ellos y nunca saben darme una respuesta, por más que uno llame nadie sabe nada, siempre te dirán que te llamarán y nunca pasa, así como venden deberían de responder cuando el cliente necesita ayuda con algunas cosas, muy mal servicio de parte de todos allí ni vendedor, ni manager, ni finanzas te responde.

Above and Beyond – They Make the Impossible Possible!
I have to start by saying that things weren't looking great at first, but Tony Zamos (Finance Manager) stepped in and completely took control of the situation. He literally turned things around and made the impossible, possible! His expertise and determination in handling the financial side during the purchase were game-changing.
Christopher Espinales (Sales Associate) also went above and beyond, doing absolutely everything in his power to make sure I was happy. He was incredibly dedicated and made the whole process smooth and successful.
This team is top-notch, and I couldn't be more grateful for their hard work.

Horrible experience was working a deal with a sales rep named Gaston he gave me out the door numbers for 3 specific cars and called me everyday and confirmed with me several times that those numbers were true. Once I came In they told me that he made a mistake and that they wouldn’t honor the price. They quoted me 5k over what was originally agreed. Then they brought Hasan Ahmad to me and he told me he wasn’t gonna honor the price and if I didnt Like it I could Leave the store. He actually got in my face and I walked Over to the bullpen and was speaking to the real manager. He got so mad he offered to fight me and went around the desk and got in my face he made a big scene and was screaming at me telling me he would kill me. He is so unprofessional some other sales man followed me outside and was apologizing and agreed that the behavior was unacceptable. Below I will Post the conversation where he clearly stated out the door numbers. I would Advise not to go to this store horrible customer service and a I was with my pregnant sister as well.

I would have given 3-4 starts but I decided to give 5 stars because Jevel was kind enough to order me an Uber to pick me up so I can make it to my dentist appointment because the service was taking longer than usual. When I was done at my service he ordered another Uber to bring me back so I can get my car.
I went in to get the car maintenance and I also had 2 recalls but they only had 1 remedy ready I was informed they would take care of both and it should take an hour or an hour and a half. I got there at 1:40pm and when I saw it was getting closer to 4pm I told him I needed to go, he said just 30 more minutes. But when he came back he said 40 more minutes and they working on the second recall now, and he cannot unplug it so he rather just Uber me to my appointment. I just wished he informed me that they had the second recall and if I had enough time to stay and get it done. I just wish the communication was better that’s all, but other than that it was fine because I was able to still go get my root canal and be back to get my car and go home, so thanks.
