  Blessings. I would like to thank James Delgado for assisting me while I was in despair. There was an employee that was not a pleasant to meet, while this was my first visit to this location. Then, Mr. Delgado saw that I was lost and escorted me to the service area. I would like to thank Toyota of North Miami for making the great selection of hiring Mr. Delgado. The follow-up telephone calls I received from him showed the passion he had for his position. He is truly invested in his position, along with the company. I send 5-stars out to Mr. James Delgado. I definitely will be referring all car owners to Toyota of North Miami to see this young, passionate employee. This is the model of a excellent customer-service oriented employee. The first employee I met while driving the white SUV Lexus, be better.

  The customer service here with Sonel was excellent - above and beyond. His assistance was such an important part of resolving a complicated hybrid battery replacement on my Prius. He thoroughly explained the Toyota warranty on these costly parts. The mechanical work on my car was completed in a timely manner. I also want to note the exceptional ambience for customer care at this dealership. They provide very comfortable spaces for customers who are waiting during service including a “quiet” room work area and a snack bar. 5 stars‼️

  Fueron muy atentos !!! Pero el anuncio de las redes nada que ver....TODO FUE MENTIRAS !! pero cuando digo todo es todo...imagínate que un corolla 800 mensual +depósito 3000 y crédito 750....mi pregunta es un FERRARI O UN COROLLA ??? Porque yo compre un challenger R/T y no tenia ese precio hace 4 años atrás...y ese auto toyota es de bajo costo y 4 cilindro....MENOSMAL QUE NO TENIA LA NECESIDAD DE REALIZAR ESA LOCURA Y FUI POR LA OFERTA !!! pero siempre preparando...

  I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you abner for all your help. I truly appreciate the level of service you provided throughout the entire process. Abner was honest, patient, and easy to work with, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in how he treats people. Abner is a stand-up guy, and I’m grateful for the effort and professionalism he showed. Thanks again—I’ll definitely recommend!

  Compré un vehículo usado con 25.800 millas el precio publicado de ellos en su página era de 18700$ por alguna misteriosa razón me quedaron los pagos en 470$ aún no se cuál fue el precio final del carro porque no me dieron copia de contrato no me mostraron nada porque hacen todo de la manera más escondida o menos transparente posible me mintieron diciendo que era por la tasa de interés por ser nuevo comprador me quedaría en 20% al final después que firmé me dijeron que la tasa era del 8% según mis cálculos el carro me lo terminaron vendiendo en 29.000$ sin darme información sin darme ninguna explicación de como paso de 18.700$ a los 29.000$ no vayan a este lugar.
