  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Tire Kingdom! The staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work were outstanding. I’m extremely happy with the service—truly top-notch! Alex was amazing as well! He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. He walked me through all the tire options and prices and clearly explained the entire service process, including the estimated time. Overall, the team at Tire Kingdom went above and beyond. I couldn’t be more satisfied—highly, highly recommended!

  I came here last Friday because I needed an oil change and new tires. The manager Alex was super nice and patient in explaining the process and the price. I was able to get my two back tires tires and an oil change at a cheap price and the workers treated us very well. They explained to me all the services they provide and the pricing of them. I would 110% come back. Best service I've experienced at any mechanic shop.

  Tire kingdom did an excellent job on my oil change, brakes, and tires. definitely will go again in the future and recommend! Everyone was very knowledgeable and pleasant staff, thank you Alex!!

  The team at the office showed me all the tire options and prices, and they helped me get a really good deal. I didn’t have to wait long while they changed the tires. Everyone was friendly, and they did a great job. I’m very happy with the service!

  Went in for a tire alignment and was told I needed two new front tires, which was fine. They said they would order them and call me when they arrived. A full week went by with no update, and I later found out they never ordered the tires at all. I placed a second order, was told to come back the next day, and when I arrived, they had only ordered one tire. The second tire didn’t arrive until two days later. When I finally came in for the install, I waited over three hours while other customers were being helped and leaving. When they told me my car was done, I asked about the alignment, and the employee seemed surprised and asked if I even needed one. After another hour of waiting, they informed me they “couldn’t do the alignment because the bottom of the car was oxidized from the cold” — which makes no sense, as my car has never been exposed to harsh winter conditions and I’ve had alignments done before with no issues. After I became visibly frustrated, the employee helping me became extremely rude. He started slamming items and even throwing things in my direction. As a young woman, it was very clear he felt he could speak and act toward me with zero respect. The behavior was completely unprofessional and honestly made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the service was extremely poor and was such a stab in my day. The staff doesn’t communicate with each other, the process was disorganized, and the explanations felt like excuses. I would not recommend this shop.
