I recommend my Grandmother to this location as it is local to her, because I respected this company prior to this incident. She got her front tires replaced a couple months ago and one of them has a structural failure in the sidewall (only ~2000 miles on them) she came back to ask about a replacement tire and was denied which may have been understandable if they were at least polite but they were RUDE. She called me while she was there and I heard a staff raise his voice at her "Ma'am if you didn't hit something, how else would this happen?" You can see there are no scratches/marks indicating she hit anything at all. With such low miles it seems to be a defect from Michelin. She was berated, talked around and made to look like a fool. I do understand if the staff couldn't do anything, but as someone who works in customer service you absolutely do NOT treat a customer how she was treated. Absolutely appalling.
