  I came in thinking my tire could probably be fixed, but after they took a look at it, they told me that because of how it looked, it might not be possible. Instead of just stopping there, they listened to my situation and said they’d do their best to try and make something happen, and they did. I really appreciate the effort they put in, especially since it wasn’t a straightforward fix. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people and not just giving a quick answer. Great service and great guys

  I went to Tire Kingdom last Friday for what I believed was a replacement tire due to a possible slash or puncture. The experience was unacceptable from start to finish. The manager on duty (a shorter man) was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I asked what was wrong with my tire, he rolled it to the back and said, “I’m a manager. I shouldn’t be getting my hands dirty.” Ironically, his hands were already dirty. That comment alone showed a total lack of leadership and accountability. When we discussed pricing, he quoted me $250, which was incorrect and did not match the price corporate gave me when I called ahead to make the appointment. When I mentioned that my mother told me you don’t need the exact same tire brand as long as the size, load index, speed rating, and overall specs match, he responded with, “Is your mom a tire expert?” That was rude, condescending, and completely unnecessary. He told me he would call or text me with updates and photos of the tire. That never happened. I dropped the car off around 9 a.m. and had to call them myself at 5 p.m., only to be told they “didn’t get to it.” Thirty minutes later, he called back and said there was nothing wrong with the tire — but then immediately told me I could not use it because I “rode it on the rim.” I explained that I drove it maybe one block, since my job and home are right next to each other, and that I understood if the rim or tire were compromised. He aggressively insisted the tire was “unsalvageable,” with a very rude and hostile tone. At that point, I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. The next day, I picked up my tire and went to George & Sons, a mom-and-pop shop. The manager personally inspected the tire. I was fully transparent about everything — including driving briefly on the rim. He checked it, filled it, inspected it again (at my request for a triple-check), and confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tire. They reinstalled it for $10. So Tire Kingdom tried to charge me $250 for a tire I did not need. That is not a mistake — that is an attempt to hustle a customer. And yes, as a woman who isn’t a car expert, I absolutely felt taken advantage of. This is lying. This is predatory behavior. And management like this should not be in charge of anything involving customers. Save yourself the headache and go to a local shop. These corporate tire places care more about commission than honesty. You’re not saving lives — you’re changing tires. Get your hands dirty and learn how to speak to people with respect. I will never return to this location.
