I had to walk outside to see what was the hold up and just for my car to be sitting while they worked on a whole other car and the other workers walked around. Unacceptable. I also when returning to asked about why my tires were still low I was told to lower my tone. This location needs to be investigated on how they talk to their female customers that claim they do not know what they are talking about. Very unacceptable for a company and what they stand for.
