Instead, they forced me to Zelle the technician directly, claiming that using a card would “cost twice as much.” After paying, the technician completely scratched and destroyed my rim beyond repair. When I complained, they offered to fix it—but that meant being without my car for several days for something that should have been a quick tire service. Why should I lose my car for days because of their mistake? This company is extremely unprofessional, unethical, and corrupt. Avoid them at all costs if you value your time, money, and vehicle.

I scheduled an appointment for today at 8 a.m. and was very clear that it was a heavy van intended for mobile grooming. After waiting 20 minutes, I was informed at the front desk that they couldn’t assist me because the van couldn’t be lifted. It’s disrespectful that there wasn’t proper coordination and that the front desk staff lacked professionalism. I hope they improve their communication and staff training.
