  The community deserves honest pricing and respectful, transparent customer service and I hope better management takes these issues seriously as soon as possible (since it has been several years since the "inflation" and changing of prices everyday, depending on the person's physicality or "relationship" to them) ; • slot machine drunk individuals take importance and priority (nothing else matters); I’m very disappointed with this Sunoco in Goulds. Not only does the gas and store item prices constantly change — from snacks to basic essentials — but the customer service has been just as frustrating. The 3 employees whom work there constantly, and whom identify themselves as family members of the owner, were extremely rude when I asked for simple help (not understanding why my receipts are charged differently for the same item . I was even given a disconnected number to contact information after knowing the specific "employees" for several months, "SHOOd" me away immediately when I asked for the owner ( as if he wasnt asking multiple times after seeing me to touch my palm through the "glass" because "I am so beautiful"; ( after multiple dismissals because the specific "employee" just didnt want to verbally speak and handle business professionally, they leave and hide behind boxes and storage...... If there were a -1,000,000,000 stars, that's exactly what this Gas Station deserves.

  Tried to call. Got hung up on. Then they answered and just placed the phone down while they conducted business until I gave up and tried to call back and got a busy signal. The phone is still off the hook. I don't think the person realized they answered the phone. They definitely didn't speak English from what I overheard. This lasted for over 15 minutes. How about a "hold please"? Or just don't answer if you are too busy? I would understand that much more than this. Horribly run business.

  Four loco's are expensive here don't buy them. The person at the cash register was super disrespectful and rude they should fire him.

  BEWARE!! GAS GOUGING- PUMPS DON'T WORK - Charged for gas but no gas in tank, gas attendant said OH WELL!! THIS IS THE WORST GAS STATION EVER!!! BEWARE!!!!!
