Details: As an out of towner, I vastly underestimated the potential for traffic delays on Florida's turnpike (ended up being over an hour longer than expected). This was especially problematic as I was driving to return the car to this location in time for an airboat tour, but increasingly looked like I wasn't going to make it. Thankfully I gave myself enough wiggle room to barely make it but nonetheless, upon arrival Perry processed the return extremely promptly, which helped me make it in time for my tour pick-up. Furthermore, the unexpected traffic delay ended up meaning I didn't have time to refuel the car myself, thus I really appreciate that Perry and his co-workers applied the pre-paid fuel addendum retroactively. Thank you, Perry! Car was great, check-out was easy, return was extremely accomodating.

So the rental car is now sitting at the airport and I have to figure out how to give it back to them while I'm outside of the country. And the cherry on top is that I had to fight over the phone with AI and bots to actually get to a person to only be told that they couldn't resolve the issue through me but rather had to do it directly with my elderly mother. I'm now trying to see how to solve this but if I don't get any assistance from this sixt I will not be renting with them again.
