  Last month I made a reservation for a BMW car, honestly, I didn’t care if it was a BMW or any type of car. I just made a reservation three weeks prior to the date, when I went in to pick up the car, the same day that I was traveling for work, the rep looked at my card and he looked at his partner, and they both told me that they were not able to do a $200 hold on my Bussiness Card, note this was the same card that I was utilizing to pay which they had already charged, and it makes sense to me cause that’s my business card. It has my name and it’s a Debit or Credit Card, the card had well above $150,000 credit available on it for my business. I explained them that I was traveling for work and that they could’ve you know make the hold and I could’ve shown the money on the card so they knew that I was not gonna steal anything from them. I was just traveling for work and I was leaving right from there. They told me that unfortunately they couldn’t accept it. I ended up cancelling, of course they took a little bit of a time probably 2 to 3 days to refund me the money to my card and I ended up going to MIA so I went to sixth of Miami airport Terminal rental car, and I was able to get the car that I want it with the same card that I paid which it was the same they rejected, bottom line they lost a customer and they deserve the bad reviews

  My mother rented a vehicle and returned it on Saturday at approximately 12:30 PM. Despite the timely and proper return, she received an email today stating that the vehicle had not been returned and inquiring about a possible extension of the rental. I contacted customer service immediately to report this discrepancy and requested verification on your end. I was advised only that I would receive a response via email, with no confirmation, resolution, or timeline provided. This reflects a troubling lack of internal controls and accountability. Incorrectly recording a vehicle as unreturned exposes customers to unauthorized charges, contractual disputes, and potential credit or liability issues. Such matters should be treated with urgency and resolved promptly once brought to your attention. At this point, I expect an immediate investigation and written confirmation that the vehicle was returned and that no charges or penalties will be assessed. Failure to address this issue in a timely manner may require further escalation through appropriate customer-protection or corporate channels. This experience has been highly disappointing and has significantly undermined confidence in the company’s operational and customer service standards.

  Hussein and Alex provide amazing customer service every time. We have come to the dadeland Sixt location several times and were never disappointed with the friendliness, professionalism and level of service provided. They always find solutions to everything and the cars are always clean and well maintained. Highly recommended

  Excellent experience with SIXT in this location! We rented a BMW 4 Series convertible and the car was amazing, perfectly clean, and a pleasure to drive. The service was fast, professional, and friendly, the price was reasonable, and the location is very convenient. Highly recommended - would definitely rent from here again.
