  Manny is very helpful, down to earth, reason with his renters. This is my second time renting with SIXT and its always a quick and easy process.

  Terrible experience with SIXT. I booked an SUV well in advance, and on the day of pickup everything went wrong. First, they had no SUVs available at all, only small cars, which is completely unacceptable given what I had reserved and paid for. Second, they arbitrarily required me to pick up the vehicle earlier and return it at exactly the same early time, warning me that if I was even a few minutes late, I would be charged an additional full day of rental. Completely inflexible and unreasonable. Mike, the agent who assisted me, was rude and unhelpful. He offered no alternatives, made no effort to find a solution, and basically told me that if I didn’t want “what the system offered,” I could leave. Absolutely no customer service attitude. This reflects very poor customer handling, a total lack of professionalism, and zero respect for customer reservations. With so many better options available, I will never rent from SIXT again.
