I made my appointment for today at 1pm, I took a bus to make it to the rental car agency only to find out that they didn't have the car available, they didn't have any small vehicles which was the one I reserved. After they made me waste my time in the check in, getting credit card, driving license, etc, they didn't have the car. Please don't waste your time with this agency.
