  Very expensive. Manager little will push you for upgradation asking foolish questions if you say no to upgrade that what is the reason and bla bla bla. Asking too many personal question as in what car we drive and what not. First time i tried you and congrats not coming back again. Btw qe took the 8 seater car chevrolet and he qas pushing us for bmw x7 . Just to let you know do not put ur customer in any position that they dont like to come back. And let customer decide what they want. Customer very well know what they have come for so stop giving lameless suggestions to them

  I had a terrible experience at Mr. Splash Car Wash Miami International Airport, connected to Sixt Car Rental. The management was the worst part. The lady named Magali seemed unorganized and unprofessional.She had came across as rude and snarky, and the whole place felt poorly managed. Honestly they need to do better that’s not how a place especially like the airport should be managed. Their supervisors also look very lost and not sure of what they are doing. I WOULD NOT recommend this location at all. Do BETTER!!!

  Ottima esperienza, ho noleggiato direttamente al banco in aeroporto, al fron office ho trovato un commesso altamente qualificato, dove mi ha messo il tutto incluso, 5 giorni di noleggio con assicurazione RC e Full Casco! L’auto una BMW Z4 spider 3.0 da 258 cv aveva solo 8000 miglia… auto nuovissima, internamente era pulitissima ma esteriormente era impolverata! L’ho fatta lavare appena usciti dall’aeroporto e alla riconsegna l’ho lavata completamente e pieno di benzina… In ogni modo siamo stati trattati sempre con i guanti, tutto a poco più di 600€!

  It was an awful rental, noticed the stain on the seat below. I took a video of it when I picked the vehicle up and they are charging me for a dirty seat. They charge me $119.90 for a refueling charge. They also showed that I drove 44 miles and I put in 2 1/2 gallons after I calculated out how much fuel I would use. They said I burned half a tank of fuel in 44 miles. Of course, when I called to complain, they gave me a phone number that only rings busy after trying for hours. I picked the vehicle up at 11:30 at night pulled into the hotel at midnight got up in the morning and took it back to the airport.
