I do not recommend the worst company, they leave you waiting all day for their service and they are not able to call you if they are late and if you call them they do not answer you. I don't understand how Progressive car insurer recommends them. If you have a problem with the glass in your car, this company is not serious.
I had my panoramic glass replaced in Miami, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. They delivered my vehicle quickly, the installation was done perfectly, and everything is functioning exactly as it should.
You can tell they take pride in their work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing glass repair or replacement.
Absolutely terrible experience. They never showed up for the scheduled appointment. After that, a new crack appeared, and it was preceded by extremely loud and disruptive noise coming from the area they were supposed to address. When I reported it, they claimed it wasn’t their fault and said there was nothing they could do about it. Both the manager and the technician were rude and unprofessional throughout the process. This was my first and will definitely be my last time using this service.

I had a windshield replacement scheduled and was explicitly told Saturday was my confirmed appointment. Because of this, I cleared my entire Saturday, losing income from my freelance photography work, just to be available.
On the day of the appointment, I get a call saying they don’t even have the windshield. How do you confirm an appointment without having the part? That is pure negligence and a complete waste of a customer’s time.
I spoke with a representative named Ariel, who showed zero empathy or concern when I explained how serious this was for me. I told him I was worried about driving with a cracked windshield and mentioned I have family flying in from out of the country. His response was basically that I was “fine,” as if safety and customer concerns mean nothing.
When I asked to speak with a manager due to his attitude, he hung up on me. After that, I called nine times — not a single call was answered. It feels very clear that once he knew I wanted a supervisor, my calls were intentionally ignored.
