He was extremely rude not just to customers, but to his own team. He spoke to his crew members in a condescending and unprofessional way, right in front of everyone. It made the whole environment uncomfortable. What made it worse is that I wasn’t the only one who noticed other customers were also complaining about his behavior. Whoever hired him really needs to use better judgment, because someone with that kind of attitude should not be in a leadership position. I won’t be returning, and I hope this issue is taken seriously by upper management.
