    Best rental car experience ever. Except the walk to/from the terminal to the MIA was crazily long. That’s not Nationals fault but Miami.

    I had a reservation, so I grabbed a car like I normally would and proceeded to the exit to have my reservation and payment method verified, but there was a problem with my payment method. So, I backed out of the exit booth, parked the car in an Emerald Club spot near the exit, got out of the car, locked it, and took the key with me. I went into the indoor lobby area to get on the phone and straighten out my payment method. I was in there for maybe 30-45 minutes. When I went back out to the car I had the key for, I found the driver door unlocked and my $350 sunglasses which I took out of the sleeve and case and put on the passenger seat missing. Not a great look for Miami.

    The reservation and pickup process was a breeze, prices were good, and the staff were very helpful and friendly! Especially the lovely lady I spoke with during dropoff, I think her name was Cherloune? (sorry if I'm getting that wrong!)

    The front desk were not even willing to help when I only had a virtual credit card and I even shared your online important needs that it does not need to be a physical card, it just says credit card. In 2025 most people don't carry physical credit cards unless stated. I had to make the person who dropped me off drive back a half hour away. It was poor service and then argued with me when I showed what it said on the website. The people downstairs to get the car were more than gracious and hospitable, but unfortunately, they are not the first people you meet. Also, this was at Nationals Registration station they were not open yet.

    I reserved an upgraded full size luxury car for the weekend for a special occasion with my wife to find out when I arrived no cars were available in the full size luxury.
