- CKChris KingDec 28, 20251.0They had 3 people checking people in at the automated system but only 1 person getting them on the tracks to wash and they apparently didn’t know how to operate the system as the car had to drive off itself the final 10 feet or so. Honestly they only care about the bottom line and charge you for any little thing other car washes provide for free (I.e rags, mat wash machine). Overall the place needs to act as though they want to retain members and not just want to chit chat and care only for the bottom line. Rated 1 star based on that and the fact that their machine does a terrible job cleaning the vehicle for the price of a membership! If I could give a half a star, I would!

- KCken cruickDec 23, 20255.0I’ve been a mister car wash member for over a year. My experience with the staff personal has always been very positive. They are always polite, smiling and very helpful. I did have an issue where the brushes took off the rear wiper from the window of my Ford Explorer. I mentioned it to the staff and Mr. car wash immediately took care of it and replaced the cost of having another wiper put on. Most recently I needed help with getting a gift certificate for the car wash and the manager Rodney Swygart was very helpful, pleasant and bent over backwards to make sure that my experience with Mr. car wash was exceptional. I’ve seen Rodney very often when I come to get my car washed and he’s always been very upbeat, customer service oriented and professional.Thanks Rodney, It is always a pleasure coming to get my car washed at Mr. car wash in Naples. I visited today and payed base Plus wash. The car wasn’t clean satisfactory. I asked the manager for to pass the car again and she said it’s not possible. She pushed me to re activate the membership. That the only way. Wrapping up I payed 15uad for a car wash and the car still dirty. Shane of business. Good Think they are other car washes in the area. Good luck.
