Mi experiencia en Acura Miami fue muy mala. El vehículo tenía un precio publicado en la página web, pero al llegar al concesionario intentaron cobrar casi el doble del precio anunciado. Me sentí engañado y considero que este tipo de prácticas no son transparentes.
Además, quisieron que firmara documentos sin presentar un precio final claro, y no permiten tomar fotos de la propuesta alegando que es “información interna”. Esto genera desconfianza y hace perder el tiempo a las personas.
Acura debería exigir mayor ética profesional y transparencia en sus concesionarios. No lo recomiendo.
I called the dealership to express my interest in leasing or buying an MDX. I had an MDX for 20 years that I purchased in that dealership so I expected to be treated like a loyal customer.
Julio provided me a price which I thought was decent but I asked for a detailed breakdown of the price. Then, his manager (or a manager) called me back and was disgusting how he spoke to me.
He was demeaning and cut me off while I was speaking. Then he said that the quote for the exact same car that Julio provided me was incorrect by over $100. He threw Julio under the bus saying something to the effect of “it’s impossible for him to have access to pricing- he’s not a manager so I don’t know where he came up with that number...too bad” Out of frustration, I said “I hate when dealerships to this shit” (referring to the pricing bait n switch” and the convo went down from there.
I tried to understand how it was possible that the quote was over $100 difference within two hours (when their inventory was allegedly over 50 MDXs$ and said had I not been mislead, I wouldn’t have wasted anyone’s time. At the end of the convo, the manager said “yea this was a waste of my time” and he hung up.
I am so disappointed in this dealership. I was a customer for 20 years. Julio acknowledged my account in the system, had the history of service of my previous car, and he was so kind in speaking to me. And then the nasty manager spoiled what I thought was stellar reputation. Out of principle, I don’t think I can buy another Acura or at least not from this dealership.
I’m simply so disappointed.

I bought an Acura Integra at Miami Acura and had an outstanding experience thanks to Andre Baez. From start to finish, he was transparent, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with — no pressure, no games, just straight answers and great energy.
We actually came back a second time, this time with our 2-year-old daughter, who is definitely a handful. Andre and the team were incredibly patient and accommodating, helping make sure we could focus on the purchase while keeping her happy and comfortable. That alone meant a lot to us as parents.
Andre worked with our schedule (even on his day off), had everything ready when we arrived, and followed up on every detail to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. The process felt smooth and stress-free — honestly more like working with a friend than a salesperson.
The Sales Manager also personally came by to check in and make sure everything was okay, which really shows the level of care and professionalism at this dealership. On the financing side, Andy was a huge help — he explained everything clearly and got me a great interest rate, making the deal even better.
I would 100% buy from Andre again at Miami Acura and highly recommend him (and the team) to anyone looking for a smooth, family-friendly car-buying experience. Couldn’t be happier with the car or how everything was handled.
