Terrell helped me with my oil change on October 31st and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He even took the time to put air in my tires, which I really appreciated. At my previous oil change elsewhere, I was given the wrong oil recommendation, so I was already cautious coming in but TERRELL immediately knew exactly what my vehicle required and made sure everything was done correctly… That level of care made such a huge difference for me .. Even though the shop was very busy , I was in and out in literally 12 minutes !! My mom has been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for years and recommended it to me, and now I completely understand why. Great service and great employees like TERRELL are the absolute reason I’ll keep coming back here .. thank you soo much Terrell ..
