B.1 day ago1.0we came for an oil change yesterday, as we have to this location before, and the experience was just ridiculous. we were charged for them having to move the vehicle and remove the pan underneath the car to change the oil, when they didn't have to do that last time, and we weren't charged for that before. when we asked why we were being charged, the woman at the front desk didn't give an answer at all, she just kept repeating 'you're getting charged now' and would not explain it!! she then went on to say the coolant was "really bad," again; we then asked for explanation as to how it was 'really bad' but she just said the car needs a flush when the car only has 16k miles on it!! she didn't provide any answers to our questions. never coming back to this location and definitely DO NOT recommend
