They guy who was gonna check the in cabin air filter opened the glove box, looked at it for 5 seconds, couldnt figure it out and said "oh yeah this car i know takes over 45 minutes to change the filter i have to take apart the whole glove box its too long so we cant do it" so me (not a mechanic) looks at a 30 second youtube video and took out the filter in one minute.... on my drive back home my car flashed a warning for "low engine oil" so i took it to another jiffy lube and they said there are no leeks but they didnt put enough oil in your car. STAY AWAY PLEASE
