  what happened to this palce? I have been using their serivces for years and it was fast. but lately, it has become super slow. Last time waited 1 hour and this time, more than 40 mins still waiting. thinking stop use them if time is a concern

  I'm really upset, So I went to Jiffy Lube yesterday (January 31 2026). Originally it was just to get an oil change and they also noticed some things that should be updated (they said the brake was worn out). I was like "okay, sure". Then literally the next day (today), I'm driving my car and it makes a loud noise when I'm braking the car. Obviously they must've done something wrong, I'm never going back to them again. 100% do not recommend

  No recomiendo venir más a estos lugares, gástense el dinero en los dealer les será más caro pero por lo menos les darán el servicio bien, tengo un mini y fui a hacer cambio de aceite y todos los conocedores de autos saben que los mini tienen una tuerca en el tapón de drenaje, pues saben que me le echaron silicona no cambiaron el filtro y para colmo tampoco la tuerca pero no solo eso, el auto no tenía casi aceite y se negaron a rellenarlo xq según ellos el auto estaba lleno estando en caliente cuando un auto caliente sube el aceite y frío muestra la cantidad exacta que tiene, no gasten más su dinero aquí. I have a Mini and went in for an oil change, and anyone who knows cars knows that Minis have a nut on the drain plug. Well, they put silicone on it, did not change the filter, and to make matters worse, they didn’t replace the nut either. Not only that, the car barely had any oil, and they refused to top it off because they claimed the car was full, checking it while it was hot. When an engine is hot, the oil level reads higher, and when it’s cold, it shows the exact amount it actually has. Do not waste your money here.
