  The staff were very nice and helpful. Mr. Jean was excellent; he goes above and beyond to explain things and show me everything. I’m a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, but the staff were very helpful and informative. I strongly recommend them. Overall, I am highly satisfied.

  Jean K was super accommodating on a Sunday afternoon for an oil change! I was in the area when I noticed I had my change oil sign on, and had to get it done urgently. I called less than 15 minutes before this location was closing for the day at 4pm. Jean K told me if I could make it there before 4pm, he would help me with an oil change. Made it at 3:58pm and he honored his promise. I was the last car of three they were still attending, and it all took 30 minutes total (including wait time). I was out and back in the road by 4:30pm. Thanks, Jean K!

  Great service! The manager Audi was superb. He greeted me at the entrance, asked which service I recommend and even came out with a sheet that explained different selections of oil for my vehicle. Kenny the gentleman who worked on my car was excellent as well. He filled up all fluids and I had an issue with my windshield wiper fluid nozzle that was completely missing. He took his time to locate it and assisted me with filling that up as well. He helped me with resetting my car system to know when I should come back for service as well. They took their time in detail with explaining other additional services that I needed and I will be getting these services done on my next visit! Great seamless service!

  As a female went in for oil change only glad I brought a man with me. Told to pull in back, soon I get there told windshield wipers need change, turn them on staff look oh just right one, left had plenty. They are purchased as two. I said no. I drive car never heard sounds from wipers to let you know going bad. I’m told pull in bay, staff check battery it’s real bad according to them, it’s showing not charging. I drive car, never hesitation or warning lights on for battery, they wanted me to buy a $300+ ft battery. I said NO thanks. Then they are telling me a leaking oil, but yet you show me nothing and continue to change the oil. I told MR. R. I drive this car never, ever saw oil leaking from car from anywhere I go. If leaking you can’t miss that. In my home, work, activities, never saw it. I said if there’s leaking they cause it. Why would I want you to change my oil, just to lose money cause oil will run out again. The man I came with agreed to everything I said, Mr. R put on receipt it’s leaking yet you show me nothing to prove your point, but still you changed the oil. This was a mistake, coming here my first time, then they still didn’t check or top off some fluids. I think trying to scared me and spent money on things I didn’t need. So they need to do BETTER. This is Kathleen ( real name)experience at this place. Didn’t like it at all.
